How STRUCTA.MED Works
Upload lab results or paste values — get a structured clinical overview in under 20 seconds.
What STRUCTA.MED does
STRUCTA.MED converts lab values and clinical notes into a structured overview. It detects deviations, correlates them with patient context, and surfaces patterns that warrant attention — so you spend less time decoding numbers and more time with your patient.
STRUCTA.MED supports clinical thinking. It does not replace it.
How to enter data
Input methods
- •Paste lab values directly — one per line
- •Upload a PDF lab report (Synevo, Dila, Kreisklinik and more)
- •Include reference ranges for higher accuracy
- •Add clinical notes or patient context if relevant
- •Mix languages — EN, DE, FR, UA, PL all recognized
Example input
Custom Reference Ranges
If your lab uses different reference values, include them in parentheses after the value — STRUCTA will use your lab's thresholds instead of the defaults.
Example with custom ranges
Automatic context detection
Type age, sex or pregnancy directly into the input field — STRUCTA.MED recognizes it automatically in EN, UA, DE, FR and adjusts thresholds accordingly.
Supported formats:
Sex, age and pregnancy are detected automatically and adjust risk thresholds, reference ranges and clinical notes.
Clinical context panel
The context panel lets you enter structured clinical information that goes beyond lab values — improving risk stratification and clinical relevance.
- • Age group
- • Sex
- • Known conditions
- • Fever, dyspnea, pain
- • Onset and duration
- • Severity progression
- • Severe dyspnea
- • Syncope
- • Acute confusion
- • Better risk stratification
- • Contextual clinical notes
- • Tailored next steps
How results are generated
Lab values are compared against clinical thresholds.
Medical decision rules and severity thresholds are applied.
Symptoms and patient factors are integrated.
AI-assisted clinical pattern recognition across all findings.
Clinical patterns STRUCTA.MED can detect
STRUCTA.MED recognizes the following clinical patterns across 100+ biomarkers:
Tags — organize your History
Tags work like folders for your saved analyses. Add a tag to any result in History — then filter by it to instantly find related cases.
- 1Add tags like #diabetes, #follow-up, #patient-john directly on any history card
- 2Click a tag in the filter bar to show only matching cases
- 3Tags are stored locally on your device and never transmitted
Set the Real Analysis Date
Lab results are often uploaded days or weeks after the blood draw. Set the actual collection date from the History menu — your trends and comparisons will always reflect the correct chronological order.
- 1Open History, tap ⋮ on any entry and choose "Change date"
- 2Pick the real date your blood was drawn or the test was performed
- 3The update reflects immediately in Compare and all trend views
Future dates cannot be set. The change only affects display ordering — no re-analysis is triggered.
Comparing Results Over Time
Select two or more saved analyses from History to compare them side by side — useful for tracking how values change between visits.
- 1Select 2+ cases in History, then tap Compare
- 2Changes are highlighted — improved values in green, worsened in red
- 3Open the full Compare page for a detailed side-by-side view
Frequently asked questions
QIs it safe to upload patient data?
PDF files are processed in real time and not stored on our servers. Analysis results are saved locally in your browser history — the PDF itself is never stored. You can clear history anytime in Settings.
QWhich lab formats are supported?
Kreisklinik (ePias), IMD Labor, Synevo and most standard European PDF formats. Ukrainian labs: Dila, Invitro. Manual text input works with any format.
QCan I use STRUCTA.MED without uploading a PDF?
Yes. Manual text input works just as well — paste lab values one per line and the system parses them automatically.
QHow long does analysis take?
Text input: 2–5 seconds. PDF processing: 15–25 seconds depending on the number of pages.
QDoes it work for non-standard or rare tests?
STRUCTA.MED covers 100+ biomarkers including specialty panels (LTT, allergens, coagulation, blood gas). Unknown tests are flagged rather than silently skipped.
QIs this a diagnostic tool?
No. STRUCTA.MED is a clinical decision support tool. It surfaces findings and patterns to support your judgment — all diagnostic and treatment decisions remain with you.
Clinical disclaimer: Designed to support clinical thinking, not replace it. All diagnostic and treatment decisions remain with the treating physician.
