What STRUCTA.MED does

STRUCTA.MED converts lab values and clinical notes into a structured overview. It detects deviations, correlates them with patient context, and surfaces patterns that warrant attention — so you spend less time decoding numbers and more time with your patient.

STRUCTA.MED supports clinical thinking. It does not replace it.

How to enter data

Input methods

  • Paste lab values directly — one per line. Use : or – as separator (both work)
  • Upload a PDF lab report (Synevo, Dila, Kreisklinik and more)
  • Include reference ranges for higher accuracy
  • Add clinical notes or patient context if relevant
  • Mix languages — EN, DE, FR, UA, PL, ES all recognized

If your lab uses different reference values, include them in parentheses after the value — STRUCTA will use your lab's thresholds instead of the defaults.

Automatic context detection

Type age, sex or pregnancy directly into the input field — STRUCTA.MED recognizes it automatically in EN, UA, DE, FR and adjusts thresholds accordingly.

🧬 Genetics — because 'normal' depends on your genes too

Two people with the same lab result can need two different targets. Add what you know about your genotype once, and the app quietly adjusts the numbers that matter.

Shifts your folate and homocysteine targets — your body processes B-vitamins a bit differently.
HFE
Tightens the ferritin ceiling, catching early iron overload sooner.
VDR BsmI
Raises your optimal vitamin D target, not just the 'normal' floor.

Adds a note on stricter lipid targets (ε4) or a rare triglyceride pattern to watch (ε2).
FUT2
Flags reduced B12 absorption from food for non-secretors, even with a 'normal' B12 result.

🏃 Training type — built for people who don't sit still

Standard lab ranges assume you're not training hard. If you are, some 'abnormal' flags are just... training. Tell the app what kind, and it adjusts.

CK gets a much higher normal ceiling — hard cardio elevates it, that's expected, not muscle damage. Ferritin gets a higher target floor too, since endurance training burns through iron faster than labs assume.

Creatinine and AST/ALT get a note explaining they can run higher purely from muscle mass and training — not your kidneys or liver.

Fewer false alarms on training-related bloodwork, without missing what's actually worth watching.

Set the real analysis date

Lab results are often uploaded days or weeks after the blood draw. Set the actual collection date from the History menu — your trends and comparisons will always reflect the correct chronological order.

QIs it safe to upload patient data?

PDF files are processed in real time and not stored on our servers. Analysis results are saved locally in your browser history — the PDF itself is never stored. You can clear history anytime in Settings.

QWhich lab formats are supported?

Our intelligent parsing system automatically recognizes the vast majority of standard and regional lab PDF formats. If your lab's report isn't parsed correctly, send it our way — we work closely with our community to expand coverage continuously.

QCan I use STRUCTA.MED without uploading a PDF?

Yes. Manual text input works just as well — paste lab values one per line and the system parses them automatically.

QHow long does analysis take?

Text input: 2–5 seconds. PDF processing: 15–25 seconds depending on the number of pages.

QDoes it work for non-standard or rare tests?

STRUCTA.MED covers 300+ biomarkers including specialty panels (LTT, allergens, coagulation, blood gas). Unknown tests are flagged rather than silently skipped.

QIs this a diagnostic tool?

No. STRUCTA.MED is a clinical decision support tool. It surfaces findings and patterns to support your judgment — all diagnostic and treatment decisions remain with you.
